1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering on the spinplus app platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. 8. Account Suspension & Closure
spinplus app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes that a player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, spinplus app may freeze account funds pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities in the Philippines without prior notice to the account holder. Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting spinplus app support; any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with normal procedures before the account is closed.
